Youll also have the opportunity to be involved in regulatory investigations and inquiries, working closely with key clients.This is an exciting role that offers direct exposure to complex litigation and regulatory work, with dedicated support and guidance from seniors, ensuring you develop your expertise in a collaborative and high performing national team.What you will doDefend professionals, company directors, and officers in complex disputes.Manage high-value claims across various industries and jurisdictions.Assist in ASIC, ACCC, and other regulatory investigations and inquiries.Develop strategic legal approaches in partnership with insurers.Collaborate with a team of experts on multi-party litigation and high-stakes regulatory matters.What we are looking forA minimum of 1 PQE for a Solicitor role and 2+ PQE for an Associate role.Experience in professional indemnity, D&O, or financial services litigation is a plus.Strong analytical skills and ability to navigate technical, high value claims.Exceptional communication and client management skills.A commercial mindset with a strategic approach to litigation and dispute resolution.Experience in regulatory investigations will be highly regarded.Why us?At Wotton Kearney, we''re more than just a law firm.
