Based in South Australia, this executive leadership role reports to the CEO and works closely with the Majestic Leadership Team to drive sustainable success across the organisation. As General Manager, you will be responsible for upholding and enhancing the Majestic Brand Experience, ensuring that every guest interaction reflects their commitment to excellence. This role will oversee all key performance areas through a Balanced Scorecard approach, including Customer and Brand, Sustainability and Growth, Organisational Performance and People.You will lead strategic initiatives across the group, including business planning, financial performance, people leadership and operational excellence. Key deliverables include maintaining strong brand positioning, growing customer loyalty, improving profitability, implementing strategic and risk frameworks, and fostering a high-performance workforce. Your ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders will be instrumental in achieving long-term, sustainable growth.The ideal candidate will have 10 years industry experience, bring strong executive and operational leadership experience, financial and operational acumen, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences in the hospitality sector.
