You can even taste it.About the Role:Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, lead and deliver Craveable Brands property development strategy, overseeing all projects from start to finish. This role involves managing a team and working closely with leadership, brand operations, franchise partners, and external agencies. Key tasks include strategic planning, project oversight, and ensuring successful, high-quality property delivery.Key Activities Include:Strategy & Planning:Develop and implement the Craveable Brands property development strategy in line with business goals.Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends.Collaborate with senior management to define development objectives.Oversee the preparation of project budgets, timelines, and feasibility studies.Project & Team Management:Lead and manage the end-to-end property development process, from site selection to completion.Ensure compliance with local regulations, zoning laws, and environmental requirements.Build and lead a high-performing property development team.Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.Foster a collaborative and innovative work culture.Financial & Stakeholder Engagement:Monitor project financial performance and budgets to ensure profitability.Evaluate and negotiate contracts with contractors and other stakeholders.Work with finance teams to secure funding and manage financial risks.Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.Represent the organisation in negotiations related to property development.Identify and implement risk mitigation strategies for projects.Uphold high standards of quality in design, construction, and delivery.Provide regular reports to executive management on project status.About YouEssentialTechnical Expertise: Bachelor''s degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Business Administration, or a related field. In-depth knowledge of local real estate markets, regulations, and industry trends. Excellent financial acumen, including budgeting, financial analysis, and contract negotiation.Previous Experience: Proven experience in property development with a successful track record of managing and delivering complex projects.Essential Behaviours: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and lead a high-performing team. Effective communication and negotiation skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
