About The Role This role suits individuals with experience in practice management, clinic operations, or NDIS administrative coordination. The ideal candidate is highly organized, task-focused, and motivated by measurable outcomes. You will excel if you enjoy working within established systems, take ownership of responsibilities, and are driven by team and client success. Providing guidance to Clinic Team Leaders by reviewing clinic data and identifying areas for improvement. Ensuring clinic compliance obligations are met, including maintaining complete and up-to-date client records. Collaborating closely with our client engagement team. Supporting clinic operations by covering CTL absences. You Will Be Someone Who Maintains high attention to detail and follows through on tasks. Communicates clearly and professionally with clinicians and clients. Works effectively under pressure, managing competing priorities. Values structure and consistency but adapts to evolving needs. Possesses a strong sense of accountability, understanding the importance of data integrity, process compliance, and operational performance. The successful candidate will have: Experience in scheduling or rostering. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Sound IT knowledge, including systems like Lumary, Skedulo, or Salesforce. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage competing priorities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Current or willing to obtain: NDIS Worker Screening Check. Working with Children Check. The Concentric Way Generous remuneration with incentives.
