Finance Business Partner - PharmaLocation: Macquarie Park, Sydney, Australia OR Seoul, South KoreaType: Full-time, Hybrid work policy (WFH 2 days/week)Salary: Competitive + annual bonusAbout the jobThe Finance Business Partner (FBP) provides comprehensive financial support to the Pharma Multi Country Organisation (MCO) markets, focusing on growth, transformation, and profitability. The role involves maximizing growth assets, cash generation, and promoting innovative approaches such as digital transformation. The FBP collaborates with local and global teams to steer business strategies, share best practices, and develop skills.Main responsibilities:Collaborate with Franchise heads to create business value.Support franchises including Launches and Established Portfolio (Partner Alliance and Non-Promoted Portfolio).Identify financial risks and opportunities; develop corrective actions.Ensure macro-economic hypotheses are consistent in planning, budgeting, and forecasting.Monitor MCO performance, identify risks and opportunities, and reallocate resources accordingly.Prepare forward-looking analyses to anticipate risks and opportunities with action plans.Challenge and optimize business investments and resource allocation using KPIs and operational analysis.Create accurate financial forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans aligned with business strategy.About youBachelor''s or Masters degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or similar.Proven experience managing multiple projects and working with cross-functional teams.Ability to drive process improvements and change initiatives.Experience leading and coaching teams for superior results.Strong communication skills for engaging with senior leaders and international teams.Deep business acumen and market knowledge.Analytical skills to identify risks, see the big picture, and recommend improvements.Why choose us?We value our people and support a balance between high performance and well-being.
