This is a rare opportunity to join a high-growth, high-performing business with a diverse investment portfolio spanning both traditional and alternative asset classes. The firm is led by an exceptional executive team and guided by a strong commitment to impact investing.This newly created leadership role offers a unique chance to shape the finance function during a pivotal period of growth. Working closely with senior leadership, the Head of Finance will deliver strategic insight, operational excellence, and robust financial stewardship across a sophisticated portfolio.Key Areas of Responsibility:Finance Leadership & Strategy Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team while fostering a culture of excellence. Collaborate with executive leadership to shape and execute financial strategy, supporting long-term business planning and growth initiatives.Financial Control, FP&A & Insights Lead end-to-end financial operations, deliver consolidated reporting, and provide commercial analysis.Treasury, Tax & Compliance Oversee liquidity, tax structuring, and regulatory compliance.Finance Transformation Identify and implement system and process improvements to scale with growth.About You:CA qualified with a relevant tertiary qualificationExtensive experience in senior finance roles within investment-driven or fast-scaling environmentsProven ability to manage month-end close, consolidation, and reporting across a complex portfolioStrong leadership skills with a track record of building and mentoring high-performing teamsDeep understanding of Australian tax and investment structuresExperience in fund management, ideally across private marketsFamiliarity with multi-currency investment operations across multiple asset classes.This role suits a strategic, technically sharp, and commercially astute finance leader who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.
