In addition to your role as a trusted partner, you will develop policy and manage HR projects that enhance organisational culture. This is a broad, full employee life-cycle role and your understanding of how to design and enhance talent acquisition processes will be beneficial to the position, as will your understanding of employment law and public sector regulations.What you will bring:The ideal candidate will demonstrate the capacity to successfully resolve a comprehensive range of employee relations issues, including performance management, investigations and grievances. You will also possess the self-awareness needed to successfully coach people leaders in shaping a collaborative and inclusive culture.
