Our team advises on large-scale, complex projects, focusing on infrastructure and energy sectors, including advising on EPC, O&M/FM, TSI, BOP, D&C, PPP, joint ventures, and other contracts. You will work closely with partners and colleagues across Australia and the region on high-profile projects in energy, mining, transport, social infrastructure, and water.About YouWe are looking for a Senior Associate with an innovative, commercial approach, capable of navigating complex legal circumstances and meeting challenging deadlines. You should have experience advising on front-end infrastructure, energy, and construction projects, with strong drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to lead matters independently.
