And at Icon, you will be a true champion of our patients care by:Organising, retrieval and distribution of medical records for inpatient hospital admissionsSorting and filing medical records in filing bays or compactusMaintaining the records registersCompleting Audits of Medical RecordsCreating hard charts for clinicsEnsuring patients details are checked and updated on a regular basisProviding refreshments for patientsStock ordering and receivingWhat we hope you bring to the teamExperience in a similar role within the Healthcare industry.Experience with Medicare DVA and Private Health.Excellent organisational and time management skills.Ability to work in fast-paced environmentAbility to communicate with clarity both verbally (face-to-face and telephone) and written.Ability to use computer systems competence required in Word and Excel.Delivery of excellent client service (to internal and/or external clients).Working autonomously, with a focus on compliance, repetitive tasks.Icon Cancer Centre Australia and New ZealandIcon Cancer Centre are pioneers of private cancer care in Australia with over 35 years'' experience.
