About The Role We are looking for an upbeat, professional, and well-organized Receptionist & Office Administrator to join our fun and collaborative team based at our head office in Sydneys CBD. A Day In The Life The role involves representing the company as the first point of contact: greeting visitors, answering the switchboard, and performing various administrative duties including: Maintaining telephone lists and seating plans Responding to inquiries and redirecting as needed Monitoring and organizing non-sales leads in Salesforce Handling mail and courier arrangements Ordering and monitoring office supplies Managing kitchen duties and stock File archiving and maintenance Providing admin support to the Office Manager Organizing catering and travel bookings Managing meeting room schedules and office presentation Assisting with newsletter content Supporting Payroll & Accounts with ad hoc duties About You Applicants should have at least 1 year of experience as an Administration Assistant or Receptionist, with excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a positive attitude.
