Always striving to go above and beyond, our client delivers high-quality air tools to more than 1,000 metro and regional customers across Australia.We are seeking an Internal Sales - Warehousing Person to join their enthusiastic Canning Vale team.About the rolePicking and packing ordersProcessing quotes and invoicesLiaising with suppliers for backordersLiaising with customers for queries and order updatesLoading and unloading trucks using the electric forkliftHandling inbound & outbound leadsAnswering inbound callsProcessing and following up on quotationsDealing with customers who visit the branchAssisting with general enquiriesWorking in a positive team culture with a can do attitudeThe CandidateThe successful candidate must be practical, able to communicate clearly with all types of customers, and confident in serving them. They should be flexible, trustworthy, and reliable. The person must be self-motivated, able to work quickly under pressure when required, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
