This opportunity is responsible and key to our front of house and back of house operations to our catering department. You will provide outstanding customer service across our Bistro - Cast Iron Kitchen, Ada May Pantry and Reload Caf food outlets. Duties will include:Provide friendly and efficient service to members and guestsAssist with clearing, cleaning and sculleryOperating and balancing of tillsFood and beverage preparationEnsuring hygiene and safe food handling practices are followed.This position will require availability for split shifts for lunch and dinner service. Availability for work on Friday nights, weekends and good availability through the week is a must.As part of The Wests Group recruitment and assessment process, all candidates progressing to the next stage will be required to complete relevant due diligence and probity checks specific to the role.
