Together, let''s make the ordinary extraordinary!Job OverviewResponsible for setting up, mixing drinks, serving, and cleaning the bar area, ensuring quality service, guest satisfaction, adherence to company standards, and profit maximization.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and serve drinks to guests and cocktail servers following established guidelines, procedures, and safety controls.Maintain professional and cordial guest interactions, prioritizing guest satisfaction.Handle guest checks, process payments, and manage charges accurately.Complete liquor requisitions and supply lists.Comply with state liquor laws.Maintain established stock levels.Perform sidework duties as scheduled.QualificationsEducation/Formal TrainingBartending training and certification, TIPS CertifiedExperienceMinimum 6 months of bartending experience, including craft cocktailsKnowledge/SkillsMust be 21 or older to serve alcoholPhysical DemandsThe physical requirements include lifting trays, dish racks, and glassware (20-40 lbs), pushing carts (50-100 lbs), bending, kneeling, standing continuously, climbing stairs, and other physical activities necessary for the role.
