This high-performing team interacts with a wide-ranging customer base from many industries.This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, with a future roster including Saturday mornings.What youll be doingCoordinating the showroom and sales at our Wangara showroomProactively managing customer inquiries across multiple platforms, including phone, email, and onlineProcessing quotes, sales orders, and invoicesMaintaining our CRM database of customer information and interactionsIdentifying customer needs and providing solutions to ensure a positive customer experienceContributing to the development of a customer-centric cultureWhat we are looking for?Experience working in a fast-paced, customer service-focused environment, ideally in retail sales or customer service rolesQuick learner with the ability to navigate multiple systemsAbility to identify solutions and solve problems to ensure a positive customer experienceSelf-motivated with a strong team focus and the ability to work collaborativelyHigh attention to detailAbility to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base, demonstrating patience and empathyWhy work for Perth Commercial Kitchens?We are a forward-thinking, established business with strong values, and we believe our staff are key to our success.
