You will report to the Associate Manager - Member Services and use a hybrid work schedule.Responsibilities:Work with the Line Manager to implement member retention and progression strategies.Implement marketing promotion plans to increase exam registration rates and meet targets.Support members with retention and progression activities.Act as the first contact for member matters and work on market-led campaigns to support member progression.Contact members via telephone and email.Send welcome packs to new members arriving in Australia and organize new members within the country.Provide administrative support, including data input for reports.Collaborate with internal and external contacts as the focal point.Build relationships with relevant partners.Maintain member and student attrition levels according to regional strategy.Achieve defined student progression rates for relevant markets.Qualifications:Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.At least 1 year of relevant experience in educational institutions or professional bodies.How We Support You:We offer flexibility to help you achieve work-life balance.
