In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality resident services across our hospitality and support services.What youll be doingAssist with the preparation, assembly, and delivery of residents'' meals.Ensure dietary requirements and preferences are noted.Prepare beverages and serve food in accordance with standards and HACCP standards.Maintain dining areas in a clean and attractive manner.Complete cleaning of both residents'' rooms and public areas.Conduct full cleans of vacated rooms, ensuring rooms are welcoming for new residents.Deliver resident laundry as scheduled.About youCertificate III in Hospitality, or the equivalent (desirable).Intermediate ability to use computer systems.Why Mercy CommunityMercy Community is a Catholic not-for-profit organization that compassionately inspires and supports people to live hopeful, connected lives within inclusive communities.
