The Role Our customer is at the heart of everything. As a Sales Assistant, your goal is to deliver exceptional service, creating a memorable and positive brand experience. You should be energetic, genuine, and customer-focused, providing personalized assistance to customers seeking the best products and brands. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Acting as a brand ambassador with positivity and professionalism Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge to assist customers effectively Providing personalized 1:1 customer service Assisting with customer queries and processing sales Collaborating with management and team to meet KPIs and targets Supporting store tasks such as VM setup, cleanliness, and presentation Escalating customer complaints to management Completing mandatory training related to products, policies, and procedures What Were Looking For Experience in retail, hospitality, or similar customer service roles Ability to deliver excellent service and go above and beyond Knowledge or passion for sports fashion and key brands A positive attitude and team spirit Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Enthusiasm to overcome challenges and learn new skills Strong communication skills and engagement with customers and team members Ability to multitask Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Whats In It for You?
