You''ll respond quickly to faults to minimise disruptions, deliver high-quality work, and adapt to evolving industry standards. Working in various conditions, you''ll plan and execute tasks safely and efficiently while maintaining positive customer interactions.Your Role in ActionAttending and rectifying faults in a timely manner to ensure minimal loss of supply and less disruption to customers.Completing allocated construction and maintenance work to Western Power standards, ensuring consistent quality across the network.Maintaining and enhancing core Line skills with changing industry standards and business requirements.Participating in pre-job planning to identify risks, hazards, task variables, and control measures to ensure safe, reliable, and affordable job completion.Working in environmental elements to complete jobs, with adequate safety and control measures implemented.Upholding good customer relations when working in the field, especially where there is direct contact with the public.Why Katanning / Narrogin Region?Narrogin and Katanning are large towns in the Wheatbelt region of Western Australia, 192 kilometres southeast of Perth on the Great Southern Highway between Pingelly and Wagin.Small, friendly community: Be part of a town where neighbours know your name.
