The trainer reports to the Multi Trades Specialisation Lead and provides current, authentic industry learning activities and coaching to develop skills and dispositions valued by employers.Collaborate with the Multi Trades Specialisation Lead to implement and evaluate the Industry Training Programs curriculum.Contribute to planning, delivery, and assessment of industry experiences, career planning, coaching, and mentoring.Provide advice and support to students regarding industry connections and workplace opportunities.What You Will Need:Proven ability to establish effective relationships and communicate with staff, students, parents, and training providers to promote professional dialogue and collaboration, leading to improved educational outcomes.Proven ability to deliver approaches that foster student engagement and support learner growth.Extensive successful experience working within your specific trade or professional area.What to Do Now:If you are a passionate training professional ready for a rewarding career with Port Augusta Technical College, we want to hear from you.
