This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for providing personalised fitness training and coaching to our clients.What you''ll be doingDelivering one-on-one and two-on-one personal training sessions to clientsDeveloping tailored fitness programs to help clients achieve their health and fitness goalsProviding expert advice and guidance on nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle factors to support client progressMaintaining detailed client records and monitoring progressParticipating in team meetings and training to continuously improve your skills and knowledgeEnsuring a safe and positive training environment for all clientsWhat we''re looking forRelevant tertiary qualification in Exercise Science, Personal Training (cert 3&4), or a related fieldExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively motivate and coach clientsAbility to design and deliver innovative, results-driven training programsCurrent first aid and CPR certificationPassion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goalsAdditional skills that are not required however useful:Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science principlesPrior experience with clients in a gym or studio settingWhat we offerAt EPT Coaching, we are committed to supporting our team''s professional and personal development.
