Join to apply for the Order Picker role at Staffco. StaffCo has partnered with Australias largest cold storage 3PL providers and is currently seeking experienced voice pickers and High Reach Fork Lift Drivers for ongoing roles in Murarrie and Hemmant. These roles are Monday to Sunday with up to 5 shifts per week. Immediate starts are available. About The Role As part of the role, you will be voice picking cartons in chiller and freezer environments for distribution to supply chains. You will be required to move pallets using an EPJ, wrap pallets, and transport those pallets for dispatch. Full training is provided through the induction process. Afternoon shifts from 12pm are available. Requirements Previous experience in an order picking role with voice picking or RF Picking experience. Strong attention to detail ability to pick with accuracy and maintain KPIs. Own reliable transport. Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol test. Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions effectively. Safety conscious, operating equipment around pedestrians. Physically fit, capable of lifting up to 20kg cartons and walking 10,000-15,000 steps in an 8-hour shift. High Reach Fork Lift license and experience is an advantage. Benefits Full-time hours 38 hours per week, 5 shifts. Base pay rate from $34-$42 per hour plus allowances. Full training provided. Cold Storage Site | Chiller & Freezer. Overtime available.
