The successful candidate will have the flexibility to work on a rotating roster. Previous shopping center experience is highly desirable.Skills and ExperienceTo be successful in this role, you will possess the following:Current VIC Security LicenseCurrent National Police CheckCurrent First Aid CertificateProven experience in shopping centers and the customer service industryExcellent presentation and grooming standardsA positive and proactive approachPassion for delivering professional and efficient customer serviceEvening and weekend availability is essentialStrong written communication skills, including incident report writingAbility to multitask and work autonomously in a high-paced team environmentKey ResponsibilitiesHigh attention to detailUnlocking and locking up the premisesAccess control and system managementMonitoring computerized alarms, including BMS and fire panels, and CCTV where requiredFoot patrols within and around the centerIncident reporting and emergency response skillsCustomer service and support, including promoting the center''s activities and managing car park operationsCommunity liaison and building relationships with the local community and service providersSupervision of facilities outside core management hours, if requiredJob Benefits and PerksM.A. Security Group offers a very competitive remuneration package, well above industry standards.
