We now have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager to join the dealership in Ballina. Our Sales Managers have a seat at the leadership table. We work collaboratively and provide you with the tools and resources to help set you up for success. This is a hands-on role where you will support your team by providing coaching, mentoring, and leading by example. You will also be responsible for the operational management of your sales team, including stock management, reporting, and data analysis. What The Role Entails Establish, monitor, and ensure sales and gross profit objectives are met for both the department and individual sales team. Focus on stock management in accordance with group policy to maximize ROI. Mentor and coach the sales team. Set standards to ensure a superior customer experience. Monitor business performance indicators to optimize used vehicle performance and profit opportunities. Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Outstanding negotiation, written, and verbal skills. Ability to set goals and lead the team to success. Knowledge of motor dealership systems like Pentana and Dealer Socket is an advantage. Customer-focused attitude. Sound internet and selling skills to maximize online opportunities.
