We design and deliver unique events, immersive experiences, and bold visual displays across shopping centres, brand activations, and beyond.Check out what we do: @little.and.large.eventsThe role:As part of our in-house creative and design team, youll work closely with our production crew to take ideas from concept to execution. Youll bring a strong design sensibility, a practical mindset, and confidence to work across branding, spatial design, presentations, and production files.This role is ideal for someone whos already got a few years of experience under their belt, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is looking for a role with real ownership and variety.What youll be doing:Immediately:Taking the lead on concept development across event and brand design projectsCreating strong visual presentations, moodboards, and branding assetsPreparing production-ready artwork to scale and spec (across print, signage, display, etc.)Collaborating with the broader team to execute ideas with attention to detail and creative flairOngoing:Visualising and communicating spatial/event concepts (renders, floor plans, mood)Bringing fresh thinking to branding, campaign design and creative strategyWorking closely with production to consider materials, finishes, and logisticsTaking projects from initial idea to final execution, with a sense of craft and careWhat were looking for:25+ years of experience in a design role (agency or studio experience ideal)Strong eye for layout, typography, and brand identityComfortable working to scale and preparing files for productionPractical thinker with great communication skillsA curious mind, positive energy, and collaborative spiritStrong attention to detailyou care about the little things that make a big differenceBonus points if you have 3D or spatial visualisation skills (Illustrator, SketchUp, or other)Must be QLD-based and able to work from our Coomera office.Were a small but mighty team, so were looking for someone hands-on, enthusiastic, and ready to grow with us.
