We invite you to join us as we continue to explore and create better ways to educate, grounded in Christian values for the whole of life.Description:The Administration Assistant will be a committed Christian who will demonstrate adaptability, resilience with an ability to manage work related pressures in a positive and enthusiastic manner.The focus of this position is to support the academic operations of the school through the coordination of curriculum processes, assessment schedules, reporting, examinations, and compliance requirements. It also provides administrative support to the Senior School staff with a range of administrative and organisational tasks.What youll be doing:Provide ongoing administrative support and assistance to the Curriculum Team and Senior School staff as required.TASS and Data ManagementBe responsible for any TASS class rollovers or changes to class lists, including updates to iLearn.Be responsible for the academic reports in TASS (Kindergarten to Year Twelve) and ensure all subject outcomes and data are entered accurately.Liaise with Heads of School and Director of Teaching & Learning for report editing, completion, and distribution.Assessment and Examination SupportCoordinate the organisation and printing of internal examinations, including Trial HSC, Year Eleven, HSC and Year Seven to year Ten Semester Two examinations.Work with the Director of Studies to ensure examination timetable, staff supervision and rooms changes are ready for each examination period.Liaise with the Student Support Team for Disability Provisions for each examination.Assist with the collation and publication of the 2026 Year Twelve Assessment Booklets and Scope & Sequence documents.Manage N Determination letters in collaboration with Senior School Staff.Act as administrative liaison for the HSC Presiding Officer, including organising supervisor amenities (e.g., water, glasses).Liaise with Extension and Enrichment Leader for ICAS and provide administration support.NESA AdministrationSubmit HSC grades and RoSA nominations via the NESA portal (Schools Online).Manage changes to student subjects, personal details, and withdrawals as needed.Coordinate communication and logistics for practical marking dates.Support submission processes for HSC Illness and Misadventure applications.Major School EventsYear 12 Graduation: Coordinate portfolios, awards, gifts, flowers, and the event run sheet.Year 12 Retreat: Organise communication, Retreat booklets, packs, catering, and bookings.Presentation Night: Prepare scripts, run sheets, programs, PowerPoint presentations, awards, medallions, and coordinate parent communication.End of Year Senior School Celebration Service: Prepare scripts, run sheets, programs, PowerPoint presentations, awards, medallions, and coordinate parent communication.Academic Program ManagementConduct and collate termly program audits.Collect and update Scope & Sequence documents and assessment schedules for the following academic years (e.g., 2025/2026).Student Data and RecordsComplete administrative tasks such as data entry, preparation of student awards, and documentation for events.You will be required to carry out other duties that are within the limits of your skills, competence, training and/or experience as directed by your supervisor or Principal.No job description can capture the complexity of running a school.
