Role Responsibilities Support NDIS participants to understand and negotiate their plans and supports Ensure timely and compliant support coordination Align support plans with participant goals and risk management Liaise with NDIA and related bodies regarding participant plans Utilize local knowledge to enhance community connections for people with disabilities Build capacity of participants and families to navigate support systems Monitor expenditure and keep participants informed Maintain accurate records as per legislative requirements Candidate Requirements Experience in delivering high-quality disability services Ability to manage service delivery, registration, accreditation, and strategic planning Strong communication skills for reports, community engagement, and stakeholder management Ability to work independently and in a team, with flexibility and commitment to improvement Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills Understanding of NDIS Practice Standards and Disability Service Standards Cultural sensitivity and awareness of Indigenous communities in the region Ideal Candidate Profile Adaptable, flexible, and deadline-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills, ready to support diverse programs and remote communities.
