Administrative Assistant in Landscape ArchitectureWe are excited to offer a new position for a passionate and talented administrative assistant to join our experienced team at our highly equipped beachside studio at Mooloolaba Beach, Queensland. You will be working with us on Australias best landscape architecture projects.We are an established and diversifying landscape architecture firm seeking a vibrant and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our creative team to assist with managing and developing operations.If you love what we do, enjoy a challenge as well as a fun working environment, and want to bring some creative flair to your role, wed love to meet you!What We NeedStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail in HR and PR.Developing, managing, and maintaining work operation systems.Utilize project management and accounting software.Proactive bookkeeping and accounting, including quote and invoice processing.Manage office operations and resources.Assist with project and staff performance reviews.Assist with project programming and scheduling of deliverables.Assist with business development such as website content and commerce, office equipment, and marketing.Able to work in Microsoft Office, Xero, WFMax, Clarc, and/or willing to learn Adobe Suite - InDesign & Photoshop, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Lumion.Strong interpersonal skills with clientele and staff.Help maintain a positive office vibe, and ensure a happy and productive work environment.Organize and book presentations, site meetings, and follow up with clients regarding project delivery days.Assist project coordinators with booking resources, answering calls, and handling various administrative tasks.Request and organize essential project documents (e.g., DWGs, surveys, SketchUp files, arborist reports, council consents).Assist with presentation packages, including binding, printing, and ensuring files are properly saved and accessible.
