As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring our clients'' properties are well-maintained and their tenants are satisfied. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits.What You''ll Be DoingManage a portfolio of residential rental properties, including tenant selection, lease management, maintenance coordination, and regular inspections.Ensure properties are well-maintained and in compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations.Effectively communicate with both landlords and tenants, and promptly address any issues or concerns.Assist with the marketing and leasing of vacant properties within the existing portfolio.Collaborate with the broader team to deliver exceptional customer service and support the growth of the business.What We''re Looking ForExperience in residential property management, preferably within the real estate industry.Strong knowledge of residential tenancy laws and regulations, particularly legislation relating to compliance and minimum standards.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors.Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple properties and tasks simultaneously.Proficient in using property management software and other relevant technologies.
