Then this role is for you!Supporting the Director Performance and Innovation, your role as Executive Assistant will see you will primarily be responsible for the effective management and executive support of director activities.Key responsibilities include:Coordinate the Director Performance and Innovation schedulesDraft correspondence and respond to queries on behalf of the DirectorDevelop templates, presentations and planning documents for the DirectorUndertake research and preparing reports for the DirectorProvide high-level customer service internally and externallyCoordinate Council Reports and Briefings applicable to the DirectorateOrganise or coordinate meetings and events related to the Director Performance and Innovation.ABOUT YOUYou will have:Experience in providing high level administration support, in a similar role and/or relevant business administration qualificationsAdvanced skills in Microsoft office and ability to prepare correspondence, reports presentations and diary/email entries.High level of customer service and ability to establish strong relationships across all levels of the organisationDemonstrated high level of self-motivation, time management skillsAbility to work within competing deadlines and priorities and able to plan and organise work to achieve specific objectives efficientlyExcellent written and verbal communication skills to handle complex and diverse queries and tasks.Ability to work independently and as an effective member of a team.Demonstrated experience in continuous improvement of systems, processes and procedures.WHY YOU''LL LOVE WORKING WITH US!Work-life balance with flexible working arrangementsRostered Days Off offered forfull time rolesOngoing training and professional development opportunitiesSouth Gippsland is an organisation that is committed to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
