Join us as we empower tomorrows world at work. About The OpportunityAs a Community Associate, you''ll be the primary point of contact for the Community and act as the face of WeWork! You will report to your building each day to support the Community Management team. Your work will include, but is not limited to, the duties listed below, helping WeWork achieve its goals: Build a welcoming and collaborative community environment amongst our members through events and building relationships. Ensure your building is fully operational and processes run efficiently. Drive growth and promote WeWork-provided service offerings. Support the Community Team by taking direction from the Community Lead and the Community Manager. Illustrate WeWorks core values and work towards our mission. In This Role, Youll Front Desk Management: Manage the front desk during business hours and serve as an on-site point of contact. Greet members and guests warmly. Ensure guest sign-in compliance via Welkio iPad. Learn and remember members and guests names to foster community. Anticipate and address member and guest needs. Maintain building-specific forms and keep the front desk organized. Notify members of food deliveries and couriers. Address questions related to building policies, way-finding, etc. Events and Membership Engagement: Provide feedback on programming and evaluate events. Celebrate members milestones with gifts and notes. Promote events through posters and broadcasts. Ensure operational requirements for events are met. Record notes about members in the system. Facilitate member connections and recommend local services. Engage actively on the WeWork member network. Communicate policies and building updates effectively. Manage music levels and event activations appropriately. Building Operations and Management: Handle mail processing and organization. Manage courier parcels and resolve lost packages. Maintain the mailroom and manage keys and access cards. Support emergency equipment and automated coffee machines. About You Wed love to hear from you if you meet the following qualifications: College graduate with a four-year degree preferred, but not mandatory. Experience in customer service or sales is a plus. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent interpersonal and multitasking skills. Demonstrates integrity, dependability, responsibility, and compassion.
