Our vision is to provide a thriving, agile teaching and learning environment that leads our community to be empowered, connected, and futures-focused.About the Role:As an AO3 Administration Officer at Woodridge State High School, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Supporting the management of school staff, including identifying corporate service issues, coordinating recruitment and selection, induction, and training of support staff, and providing Injury Management support where necessary.Interpreting departmental and school policies, guidelines, and ensuring compliance with legislative and procedural requirements.Assisting the Principal/Executive Principal/Business Manager in workforce planning, maintaining accurate records, tracking staff data, monitoring staff replacement, and ensuring all relevant compliance training is current.Supervising support staff by monitoring workloads, identifying skills needs, and highlighting performance issues, including researching professional development opportunities.Please refer to the attached role description for full responsibilities and mandatory requirements.Interested?
