Client Administration Officer Residential Full-time, fixed-term contract role until August 2025 Unanderra Office, 5 days a week. Role Purpose The Client Administration Officer will be part of the Finance Functional Division. You will be responsible for providing a central point of contact for recording client events within the Finance System, handling account-related enquiries, and follow-up for the Ageing group of Services. This role focuses on assisting Ageing Clients with query resolution, data entry, and collaboration with internal teams. Key Responsibilities Liaise and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely updates to the system. Process data entry of client events into the finance system and related programs. Perform client data verification and checks using formal and informal methods. Answer client fee account enquiries and follow up as needed. Record notes and attach documents to client records. Support creation and execution of client contracts, manage client debtor accounts, fee refunds, and lump-sum payments. Assist in database housekeeping activities for effective system management. Qualifications and Experience Proven administrative experience, preferably in the Aged Care sector. Excellent communication skills are essential due to the client-facing nature of the role. Attention to detail is crucial for maintaining high service standards. Prior administrative experience, with aged care background highly regarded. Understanding of effective customer service via phone, email, and letter. High-level data entry skills with attention to detail and quality in documentation and record-keeping.
