About the Role: Manage a portfolio of around 800 lots over 40 properties Establish and maintain effective reporting relationships with relevant Owners Corporations, committees, lot owners, and other key stakeholders where appropriate Develop, prepare, and maintain budgets for individual Owners Corporations and provide reports, including annual reports if required Prepare and distribute all written agendas, reports, minutes, special notices, postal ballots, etc., across the portfolio Convene, support, and chair Annual General Meetings, Inaugural General Meetings, and special meetings as required Handle insurance matters Correspond with key stakeholders such as owners, contractors, and other third parties Manage any other day-to-day issues that may arise Willing to undergo formal industry training About You: Minimum of 2-3 years experience in Owners Corporation; high-rise experience would be a significant advantage Experience with Urbanise is a bonus Strong attention to detail Excellent typing skills and verbal communication Car and license preferred Highly organized with a strong ability to multi-task Mandarin speaking is a significant advantage If you like what youve read and meet most of the criteria above, we would love to hear from you!
