OSHC Rostering and Administration Officer (Full-Time)Do you love what you do and want to make a difference?We have an exciting opportunity for full-time OSHC Rostering and Administration Officer to join our Bendigo team to support our innovative high-intensity Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) program for children with disabilities.This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our growing organisation. Find out more about the amazing program here !Your role at a glanceThe OSHC Rostering and Administration Officer will be responsible for:Rostering OSHC employees for shifts in an efficient and effective manner;Taking and coordinating bookings from families in the program, and assisting with other relevant administrative dutiesMonitoring hours worked by OSHC staff are within Lifely policy and procedures and industrial obligations;Managing employee leave, shift changes and staff replacement in a timely manner and in accordance with Lifely requirements;Maintaining professional connection with the team and families, ensuring theyre strongly supported; andTo make a positive and proactive contribution to the Children Services and Rostering teams, and the Lifely team overall.The ideal candidate may have:Previous experience working in a similar role (Rostering or Administration) and/or qualifications within the disability or community services sector;Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;Strong computer and technology skills;Well-developed resolution and negotiation skills;Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite programs and experience with a client management/rostering system;Ability to work in a busy environment, with tight deadlines and a strong attention to detail;Dedication to their job and their team; andGood presentation and a professional attitude.You must be willing to provide the following prior to starting work:Application letter addressing the selection criteria listed in the position description.ResumeProof of Australian Citizenship or Work Visa (e.g., birth certificate, passport, visa, etc.)For further information, please contact Lochlan Tobin (Human Resources) on 1300 799 421 or email recruit@lifely.org.auLifely is an equal opportunity employer, a Child Safe organisation and upholds zero tolerance to abuse and neglect.
