You will join a diverse team and have the opportunity to advance your career with an innovative company dedicated to safety, environmental management, inclusion and diversity.Are you an experienced Maintenance Supervisor?Are you passionate about your team and their safety, maximising scheduled maintenance and reducing the amount of unplanned works?Following an internal transfer, an opportunity for a Maintenance Supervisor is now available to lead a mechanical maintenance team within the dry plant area of the Boddington process plant.Typically, this will involve working with a wide range of heavy equipment within the Primary crushing, Secondary crushing, Coarse screening, High Pressure Grinding Rolls (Tertiary) and Conveyor circuits (including shuttles and trippers).Join us and unearth your potential in a global company that is at the forefront of shaping the future of the mining industry.Duties will includeLead, develop and mentor a group of maintenance trades people to complete quality work safely and efficiently.Conduct safety interactions and critical control auditsEnsure your team meets your safety and performance expectationsHold yourself and your team to account and actively support safe behavioursEnsure all maintenance works are completed in a safe manner and in compliance with established safe work procedures and systems.Identify resources required to complete maintenance works and organise as requiredRespond to and manage unscheduled maintenance work so that impact on the operation is minimised.Ensure hazards within the maintenance workplace and the process plant are identified and addressed.Work closely and build strong relations with the planning and operations teams.Ensure contractors complete required general & work area inductions associated with their scope of contracted work.Training & ExperienceMechanical Trade Qualification with significant post trade experience as both a maintainer and supervisor.Maintenance experience in a complex processing or heavy industrial plant.Sound understanding of maintenance work management processes and experience with leading maintenance work utilizing a CMMS system.Exposure to developing maintenance budgets.Knowledge of maintenance principles and industry standards and work management processDemonstrated strong interpersonal skills and ability to encourage performance improvement initiativesAbility to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplined, diverse teamApplications Close June 6, 2025The BenefitsYou can live locally and go home every day or stay in our Village for your roster and DIDO, with the role offered as a 8 days, 6 off, 7 nights 7 off roster.
