We service over 50 International and Domestic airlines with more than 500 flights per day and the number one priority is to provide on time servicing at the highest possible standard.Internally know asNational Domestic Account Manager, the role will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our domestic clients and act as the point of contact to greatly understanding their needs. The ideal candidate will thrive in an operational environment and drive continuous improvement initiatives for our clients while managing the successful delivery of service level agreements.There is nothing quite like the buzz of the Airport, so we get to feel the buzz every day. The role will involve working outside of core business hours on some days, including early morning starts or late finishes. If you like to role your sleeves up, engrain yourself in the operation, this role sounds you like its for you!Key duties and responsibilities:Take ownership of customer audit processes by preparing documentation, coordinating internal teams, hosting audit, and driving follow-up actions to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.Lead and manage end-to-end operational processes to ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality across all departments.Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders on a regular basis to maximise satisfaction on service level agreementsWorking with local station management teams to ensure the delivery of client SLAs are executed across inbound/outbound flightsEnsure that partner accounts are serviced in accordance with KPIs and SOPsEnsure account holders are up to date with accounts, payments and any changesProblem solve any issues as presentedContribution to choosing the best services and products to support best outcomesStrategically plan and execute profitable growth by building a pipeline of new partnersTo be successful in the role:Previous experience in a customer-focused roleExtensive exposure in the aviation industry (3-5 years)Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalStrong computer literacy skills including Microsoft office suiteSolid interpersonal, communication and influencing skills combined with planning and time management skillsSound knowledge working towards targets, deadlines and KPIsProven ability to exercise discretion at all timesWilling to travel to CSA Airports at short noticeIn return we offer you an opportunity to work for a growing and successful business with a friendly working environment and continuous support from the executive management team.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer, which values diversity and inclusion.
