We provide the keys for you to drive your career!What are the Perks?Fully maintained company car, including fuel card or EV charging card, and toll road useUse of laptop, mobile phone and company charge cardProfit Sharing ProgramGenerous discounts on our brandsOpportunity for remote working up to 3 days per weekEmployee Car Sales ProgramCar Leasing ProgramOn-site Airport ParkingAdditional days leave per annumWork for a company that priorities career growth and development, and promotes a supportive team environment, and an inclusive and motivating company cultureTargeted charity partnershipsKey focus on wellbeing and safetyWGEA Certified workplaceAbout the Role?The Key Account Manager, Insurance & Replacement is responsible for growing profitable revenue by retaining and growing insurance and replacement industry business and by developing our most important customer relationships within a geographical area.Responsibilities include:Take complete ownership and provide exceptional customer service to our most strategically important and key customers within the insurance and replacement segment, liaising with stakeholders at all levelsPrepare for and confidently take the lead in key account review meetings, at times in front of a high-level audienceManage logistics, operational, reporting and technology projects from end to end, including disaster management or weather event projectsWork collaboratively with Hertz internal departments and franchisees to ensure all customer key performance indicators are metMaintain and seek to improve the companys competitive position and profitability through business growth and development in the assigned sales territory of insurance and replacement accounts.Work collaboratively with the Regional Manager Sales, Insurance & Replacement ANZ to identify strategic initiatives to help differentiate Hertz and its brands within the segment.Plan and implement an annual Sales Plan for your assigned sales territory, in line with Hertz overall strategy and objectives and the country and regions Business Plan.Complete of comprehensive customer tender documents outlining Hertz product and service offeringSubmit pricing proposals via Salesforce for internal approval and implementation according to audit standardsBusiness development to seek new accounts as well as look for growth opportunities within our existing accountsSupport our team culture to assist other members of the Insurance & Replacement team during times of peak workloadAnalyse and collate data on customer patterns and preferences to uncover growth opportunities and predict future trends.About You?We are not looking for a traditional Sales person. To be successful in this position, our newest team member will ideally possess:Ideal but not essential - minimum 2 years experience managing a complex multi-layered product/service, with experience working with a motor insurance provider, leasing or fleet replacement, or in the corporate travel industry. We are open-minded about the right experience, however we are looking for someone with the ability to handle the complexity of both the car rental industry as well as the intracacies within the insurance & replacement segment.Exceptional eye for detail to analyse and tenacity to follow through on commitmentsEnjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and working with an extremely complex product/service and managing logistical projects from end to endStrategic and mature mind-setSelf-confidence to present and liaise with all levels of internal and customer management, including senior executivesExcellence in professional communication and presentation skillsExpert at building strong relationshipsA history of long tenure at previous employersAbility to travel interstate on occasion to attend customer and head office meetingsAt Hertz we pledge to provide a safe and supportive work environment for everyone.
