This role is ideal for someone with strong admin skills and analytical abilities who also enjoys building relationships and solving problems. You''ll be helping people stay in work, supporting employers, and playing a key role in the achievement of employment outcomes.What You''ll Be Doing:Liaise with employers to support successful job placementsProvide support to job seekers in employment through regular check-ins, assisting to resolve any challenges they faceManage employment outcomes and wage subsidiesKeep records accurate and compliant with Workforce Australia guidelinesWork closely with Job Coaches and internal teams to drive successDesired Skills and ExperienceWhat Youll Need:Proven admin experienceideally in a busy, service-driven environment such as Retail or a Customer Call CentreExcellent communication and organisation skillsA positive, proactive mindset with great attention to detailConfidence using databases, CRM tools or similar systemsDrivers Licence and willingness to obtain a National Police Check and Working With Children''s Check if successfulWhy Join Us?Be part of a supportive, purpose-driven team.
