People with disabilities have the same rights as everyone else in society, and disability must not be used as an excuse to deny or restrict people''s rights.Please follow these links to learn more about our approach: The Role Marketing Specialist:As our Marketing Specialist, youll play a key role in identifying NDIS market opportunities, advising leadership on strategy, and delivering creative campaigns that amplify Tibiis voice. Youll plan, coordinate, and implement initiatives that elevate our brand, highlight our impact, and connect authentically with the disability community.What You''ll Do Plan, develop, and organise advertising strategies and marketing campaigns that support Tibiis goals Advise executives and stakeholders on marketing direction to reach Tibii''s target audiences around Australia. Design, manage and run promotions for services, events, and new initiatives Oversee production of campaign assets, including copywriting, media scripting, video, and online content Create and execute events aligned with community and NDIS participant engagement Analyse consumer trends and behaviour to shape marketing decisions Initiating and managing market research and assessing market demand for existing and future services Coordinate with internal teams, support workers, and stakeholders to ensure messaging aligns with Tibiis values Provide insights on product mix, pricing, advertising, promotion, sales channels, and Tibii positioning Track and report marketing KPIs to guide continuous improvement Assisting in the development and expansion of business operations by formulating and implementing targeted marketing strategies, objectives, policies, and programs. Investigating potential consumer demand and identifying market trends for new services by gathering, evaluating, and interpreting statistical and analytical data.Qualifications: Passion for supporting individuals with disabilities. Masters university degree in Marketing, or MBA (Master of Business Administration) university degree (Mandatory). 9+ years of marketing experience with at least 2 years of marketing experience within the disability support sector (Mandatory). Proven ability to create and run NDIS-focused marketing campaigns Experience in event planning and community engagement A deep understanding of the NDIS, its audience, and the local Adelaide community Demonstrated experience working closely with people with disabilities Strong alignment with Tibiis Human Rights Model and person-centred values Excellent communication, planning, and analytical skills Creative thinker with the ability to turn strategy into impact Familiarity with disability-related services, resources, and government assistance programs is an advantage.Salary: $ 78,515 per year + SuperannuationWe encourage you to apply and highlight your potential in your CV.
