Mothers and/or fathers will be admitted with infants up to 12 months of age. The model of care will focus on strong family/infant relationships, using a therapeutic approach based on the Solihull model, attachment theory, and mentalisation.About youDivision 3 Registered Nurse or Registered Nurse with post-basic qualification in psychiatric nursing, holding registration with AHPRA.Registered Nurse with post-basic qualification in midwifery and/or paediatrics, with a commitment to complete post-basic psychiatric qualification.Working with Children Check.Recent experience working with parents and infants in the perinatal period.Sound knowledge of the Mental Health and Wellbeing Act 2022 and other relevant legislation.Working knowledge of NSQHS standards for Mental Health Services.Understanding of perinatal mental health issues.This is an exciting opportunity to build and advance your career.
