This includes removing diesel fine particulate matter from the underground environment, digitalizing underground operations, and increasing autonomous operations for safer, lower-cost, and more efficient mining.This is a permanent full-time Field Service Technician role offering a competitive wage in a professional Mechanical Workshop at Wangara WA.About the Role:The Field Service Supervisor Surface Mining Equipment oversees a team of service professionals, manages scheduling and dispatching, and ensures high-quality customer service. They are responsible for implementing service policies and procedures and maintaining a safe, efficient work environment.About the Position:The supervisor supports both new and existing products from the Surface Mining Division, providing management support to staff and customers. Key responsibilities include:Overseeing and coordinating service team activities and field techniciansDeveloping and implementing service policies and proceduresEnsuring compliance with safety and quality standardsManaging dispatching and scheduling of service ordersTraining and mentoring staffMonitoring team performance and coachingHandling customer complaints and resolving issues promptlyCommunicating with clients regarding services, contracts, and warrantiesMaintaining inventory of service parts and toolsPreparing reports on team performance and customer satisfactionCollaborating with sales and support teams to understand customer needsEvaluating and improving field service processesCoordinating meetings with customersContributing to the growth and improvement of MacLean AustraliaAbout You:The ideal candidate is willing to learn, organized, team-oriented, disciplined, positive, and flexible.
