In this role, you will work closely with the New Car Sales Manager to drive sales, mentor team members, and deliver exceptional customer service.Key Responsibilities:Provide excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Exceed customer expectations and ensure high satisfaction and retention.Maintain professionalism, honesty, and integrity.Achieve sales objectives and ensure compliance with dealer and manufacturer standards.Contribute to the profitability through vehicle sales, finance & insurance, and aftercare products.Candidate Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry.Ambitious, confident, and self-motivated.Dedicated to exceeding customer expectations.Current Drivers Licence is required.We offer regular RDOs, ongoing training, rewarding remuneration packages, a company car, and a generous fuel allowance.
