About the role Relationship Analysts are part of the Regional Team, providing prudential and client relationship support to Account Managers (Rural and Branch Managers). They help develop new business, manage existing client accounts, and support clients in reaching their goals. You will act as a formal point of contact for clients, oversee the client journey from request to settlement, initiate branch prudential management tasks, and conduct comprehensive Compliance Due Diligence (CDD) including Anti-Money Laundering/Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF), Know Your Client (KYC) requirements, and other operational tasks. Key responsibilities include: Prepare loan applications Interpret and execute branch prudential management tasks Monitor loan arrears and accounts, taking appropriate action Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders Skills and experience Interest in food and agribusiness, with relevant experience Client-focused with a positive attitude Team-oriented and collaborative Strong verbal and written communication skills Financial literacy in agribusiness What we offer Wellbeing leave: 2 extra days for better work/life balance.
