Align practices with departmental policies and enterprise ICT standards.Documentation & Knowledge Management: Update and maintain accurate process documentation. Use Content Manager (TRIM) and ServiceNow ITSM (SECRET Network) for knowledge management.Stakeholder Engagement: Consult with executives and technical staff on change implementation. Organize and facilitate meetings/workshops to co-design process improvements.Change Implementation Support: Support the department through change initiatives across systems and operations. Manage competing priorities and multiple tasks efficiently.Deliverables: Business operations workflows, functional specifications (as requested), and status reporting throughout the contract.Knowledge Transfer: Ensure documentation and processes are handed over in accordance with recordkeeping policies. Transfer skills to departmental staff as part of ongoing capability uplift.Ideal Candidate ProfileStrong business analysis experience within federal government or secure environments.Proficient in ServiceNow ITSM, Content Manager (TRIM), and ICT governance frameworks.Confident facilitating workshops and engaging stakeholders at all levels.Able to obtain and maintain NV1 clearance.Familiar with Australian government processes, records management, and ITSM frameworks.Requirements - Essential CriteriaConsultancy level 5: Responsible for understanding client requirements, data collection, analysis, and problem resolution. Facilitates stakeholder groups and collaborates effectively to address client needs.Business situation analysis level 5: Manages complex business situation analyses, advises on approaches, and collaborates with stakeholders to reach consensus.Significant experience as a Senior Business Analyst.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, capable of explaining complex ICT concepts.Strong knowledge of full requirement analysis for processes.Desirable CriteriaMethods and tools level 4: Advises on and supports the adoption of methods and tools, tailoring processes accordingly.Stakeholder relationship management level 5: Develops and maintains stakeholder engagement strategies, facilitating effective communication and decision-making.Experience working in large government organizations.Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
