About You We are seeking an experienced, hands-on leader with strong hospitality or accommodation management background and a growth mindset. The ideal candidate can confidently lead and enhance the park and guest experience, with a passion for the holiday park lifestyle. Essential skills and experiences include: Proven hospitality management experience Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience in managing, developing, and training staff Proficiency in MS Office suite Understanding of margin management and budget operation Experience in cost control and budget adherence Ownership of park operations Experience with RMS or similar reservation systems (desirable) Valid drivers license This role requires living on-site, with accommodation provided as part of the package.
