Join us and be part of a supportive, fun, and dynamic culture.You can read more about our team here: responsibilitiesGeneral property management duties as part of our award-winning POD, which may include but are not limited to:Oversee a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring optimal tenant placement and retentionConduct regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance and repairsManage all aspects of the leasing process, from advertising vacancies to conducting viewings and signing new tenantsCommunicate effectively with landlords, tenants, and tradespeopleMaintain accurate and up-to-date recordsProvide exceptional customer service to both landlords and tenantsStay informed of relevant legislation and industry best practicesWhat we''re looking forExperience in administration or a customer-facing roleStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with landlords, tenants, and tradespeopleExcellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlinesDetailed knowledge of applicable residential tenancy laws and regulationsA positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitudeWhat we offerAt Harcourts Ulverstone & Penguin, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment.
