As part of the Amazon Logistics (AMZL) team, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Site Procurement Manager to support our last-mile delivery operations. This position plays a key role in driving operational excellence by managing the procurement of non-inventory goods and services across our AMZL network.Responsibilities include:Managing the complete procurement lifecycle for non-inventory goods and services required by the AMZL network, including forecasting, purchasing, inventory management, and vendor relationship management.Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators for supplier management and procurement efficiency, and producing regular reports to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.Collaborating with internal stakeholders such as Finance, Operations, and AMZL leadership to meet budgetary targets and operational goals.Building and maintaining strategic relationships with suppliers to ensure compliance with Amazons standards, securing favorable terms, and fostering procurement innovations.Resolving procurement-related issues, including inventory discrepancies, delivery challenges, and payments to suppliers.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor''s degree in supply chain, business administration, engineering, IT, or a related field3+ years of experience in a similar roleAt least 1 year of experience using MS Office, especially Excel and analytics platforms, with skills in data analysis using pivot tables and VLOOKUPsUnderstanding process flow and ability to suggest improvements to achieve savings, inventory reduction, or other benefitsPreferred Qualifications:Supply Chain Management CertificationsExperience working in a warehouse environmentAmazon is committed to reconciliation and acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the land throughout Australia, paying respect to their elders past and present.Amazon is an equal opportunity employer, supporting inclusive culture and workplace accommodations for applicants with disabilities.
