We put our clients in a replacement vehicle and work with them, insurers, and repairers, taking the hassle out of it for our clients.The Role and YouWere seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join either our Salisbury or Port Adelaide branch.Managing the day-to-day branch operations from management of staff, fleet, property to equipment. You will work under the guidance and support of the Region Leader who comes with many years experience in the industry.You will drive for perfection and a world-class experience in every interactionfrom the customer file, documentation, to the delivery/return. Delivering on KPIs, ensuring vehicle service and maintenance are adhered to are all important parts of the role.You are a positive, down-to-earth leader, someone who enjoys working with people and solving problems. Your ability to communicate at all levels, both verbally and in writing, is key. Your passion for influencing and upskilling your team, whilst motivating them along the way, will be key to your success. Most of all, you''ll be curious, resilient, and authentic.You will have experience managing and leading a team and driving positive outcomes.
