Core responsibilities include FP&A, business cases, data and insights, strategy, M&A, and board-level presentations.A high-growth healthcare services company backed by highly regarded private equity investors, well-funded with a clear mandate for continued growth.The executive management team is strong, the board is cohesive, and the private equity investors have a stellar reputation.The ChallengeThis role is ideal for someone with outstanding FP&A, strategy, corporate development, and data analytics experience.Reporting to the CFO, your responsibilities will include:Supporting the CFO and leadership team with insights & analytics to develop and execute strategic plansAssisting with budgeting and forecasting, developing models to forecast performance, and providing monthly budgets to drive accountabilityProviding financial insights and recommendations for business decisions, including market expansion and investmentsConducting commercial reviews and financial analysis of key opportunities and projectsAnalyzing business performance data, identifying trends, areas for improvement, and cost reduction opportunitiesDeveloping dashboards and reports to track KPIs and business metricsProducing monthly board reports, management accounts, and other financial reports for senior leadershipThe ExpertiseTo succeed, you will be an experienced commercial finance executive with:CA qualification, with early career experience at KPMG, EY, Deloitte, PwC, or a leading mid-tier firm, progressing into commercial finance rolesStrong healthcare services experienceExperience in both large companies and high-growth smaller companies, with hands-on, detailed involvementA strategic mindset with a flair for delivering commercial value and performance improvementA dynamic approach suited to fast-paced environmentsThe Next StepIf this role aligns with your career goals and you''d like more details about the client, role, remuneration, or a copy of the position description, please contact Maxime Moffroid for a confidential discussion at 0429 927 270.Alternatively, please apply via the link below.About ThompsonCookThompsonCook fosters strong relationships with top accounting and finance professionals across Australia.
