In addition to supporting strategic implementation, you will actively drive business agility by fostering cross-functional collaboration and partnerships.You are a proven leader with the presence and credibility to influence at all levels, earning trust through integrity and clear communication. Comfortable challenging the status quo, you champion a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.You bring CA/CPA qualifications and strong technical expertise, with a professional focus comprising:Deep experience in governance, with disciplined financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and systems oversightA track record of identifying and delivering improvements in processes, systems, and reportingStrong IT and digital literacy, with the ability to lead ICT operations and leverage technology for efficiency gainsWell-established, effective relationships with CEOs and BoardsA sound understanding of government environments is highly desirableProfileIdeally CA or CPA qualified, you bring strong technical expertise along with demonstrated leadership experience. In this role, you will lead, mentor, and support the Finance and Technology teams.You are an inclusive and approachable leader, known for your ability to influence at all levels and bring people along during times of change.
